- The value of homes in your community regardless of size. Multiplying your living area by the community average gives a rough first estimate of your home’s value.

- How each statistic moved from one year to the next — the trend lines that tell you whether to sell now or hold.
- Living area
- The air-conditioned space that comparisons are built on — excluding garages, lanais, and porches, so homes are measured like for like.
